How it works

From the next relevant job to the next completed application.

A job search only moves when relevant applications go out consistently. Kariyan makes that loop repeatable: it finds, prioritises and prepares; you review and approve.

Before you start

Your current CV
Have your current CV ready to upload. Check that your experience and qualifications are up to date before preparing application documents.
Your search criteria
Decide which roles and locations you want to consider. You can refine these choices when reviewing your matches.
Your final review
Check the recipient, email and attachments before approving a send. Preparing or downloading documents does not submit an application.

The loop, step by step

Follow one application from discovery to the next step. At every stage, you can see what Kariyan prepares and what remains your decision.

01

Discover

What Kariyan does
Kariyan checks German company career pages for new jobs, beyond job boards.
What you see
New job listings from the company's own page, with location, work model and language.
What you decide
Nothing yet. This step runs for you.
What happens next
Every new job goes into the shortlist step.

02

Prioritise

What Kariyan does
It ranks jobs against your level, profile and preferences and writes down why each one fits and what to check.
What you see
A shortlist with the reason for each job and any gap, for example a German level the posting requires.
What you decide
Which jobs are worth your time. If you are looking for a Werkstudent job, senior positions are excluded, and you can see that and change it.
What happens next
Pick a job and Kariyan prepares the application.

03

Prepare

What Kariyan does
It writes a tailored CV and cover letter from what is really in your profile. No invented skills, no invented numbers.
What you see
Both documents, ready for your review.
What you decide
Edit anything, regenerate, or skip the job.
What happens next
The application waits for your approval.

Review and approve

You stay in control

In the standard flow, every application waits for your approval before it is sent.

What Kariyan does
It prepares the form or the email and shows you exactly what will be sent.
What you see
The application in the state "ready for your review", then "sent".
What you decide
Approve, or send it yourself if the employer only accepts a manual route.
What happens next
Your application is tracked and Kariyan moves to the next job.

Keep moving

What Kariyan does
It shows the next strongest job, keeps your applications in one place and tells you what changed.
What you see
What is ready, what is waiting and your next best action. Kariyan searches for new jobs for you weekly on Free Preview, daily on Starter and every six hours on Pro and Elite.
What you decide
Keep going with the strongest remaining jobs, or adjust your preferences if the matches are off.
What happens next
You can review the next suitable job while keeping track of earlier applications.

When a step needs attention

What to do if you get stuck

The matches are off, or there are none
Check your search preferences and the facts in your profile. Adjust the role, location or work model if they no longer reflect what you want. Read the match explanation before deciding whether a role is worth pursuing. A match is not a prediction of an offer.
A document needs a correction
Edit the draft before approving it. If the underlying experience or qualification is wrong, correct your profile too. Review the CV, cover letter and email together so they tell the same, accurate story.
The employer needs a manual submission
Download the prepared documents and complete the application on the employer’s website. After you actually submit it, record the submission in Applications. Preparing or downloading documents does not mean the application has been sent.

Clear boundaries

What Kariyan does not do

Kariyan cannot guarantee an interview or a job. It makes sure that finding and preparing relevant applications is not what stops your search.

  • Guarantee an interview or a job.
  • Tell you which employers sponsor visas. It shows jobs that fit; you check sponsorship with the employer.
  • Send applications on its own. Automatic sending is a closed beta with a small group and not part of any plan.
  • Invent skills or numbers in your documents.
